How can I Change My Life?

We spend our lives trying all kinds of things to change the way they are, and even after trying everything, and they don´t seem to change at all we get really frustrated.

We don´t realize the intimate relationship between our thoughts and our destinies, and I really want to invite you to keep reading and find out why they have such a close and inseparable relationship.

In other words, we are the scriptwriters of our lives through our own thoughts. And really and truly we can only achieve personal balance when we improve the skills to harmonize and alienate what we think, what we feel, and what we do.

Thoughts are the substance that gives quality to our lives, just like every cause has as a consequence an effect…

The importance of our thoughts within our lives

We really create what we think and feel, therefore we have to be careful with our thoughts, words, and especially what we feel. For us to see what we are building continuously through our thoughts and emotions, creating certain consequent results.

I propose you stop for a minute…

When you notice what thoughts you have, which turn into emotions even if you don’t know them, nourish each other continuously. You will surprise yourself by observing, that at least 90% of them are negative ones.

Although, I would like to show 4 ways to help you learn by using a step by step approach:

  1. Realize that thoughts are things.
  2. Our own thoughts awareness.
  3. Positive visualization.
  4. Laughter

1. Realize that thoughts are things

If certain thoughts prevent us from seeing another reality, due to not being based on a present, but on a past and an uncertain future. They certainly won´t let us get out of that spiral that will cause us to be the creators of more of the same stuff in our lives every day.

Then, What are we doing wrong?

Try to slow down, meditate and question yourself: ¨If the same stuff keeps happening in my life, creating similar circumstances, it´s because some of my thinking patterns don´t change, without knowing how to get out of there ¨.

I give you an example:

Imagine that you want to meet a couple, and you meet different people to meet each other. After you meet them, you always think straightaway that they are not going to call you again, because you think that you are not that handsome anymore.

And you have been thinking this way for years…

Till you don´t become conscious of that thinking pattern, you will block yourself from something new to happen, living like Groundhog day!

You are in the process of changing your thoughts, when you start analyzing the ones that are not useful to you anymore, And by doing that, you can apply new ones to deal with situations differently, at the same time you create a different reality.

2. Our own thoughts awareness

It´s maybe time to observe your thoughts a little closer because if you don´t become responsible for them, they are going to control your life unconsciously just like if you were asleep or you were a string puppet.

Thinking awareness

If you realize how you think, how you build your internal dialogue, this can help you to use it by learning how to tell yourself things in different ways, that will help you move forward for better results within your life. Such as not judging you, not blaming you, and acquiring objectivity and acceptance.

Maybe for some time, you have been feeding thoughts that undermine your self-esteem, and therefore, creating limits to the opportunities that would have made you happier. You can change this course, reformulating old harmful ideas with more optimistic, realistic, and useful ones, disinfecting negativity to give away hope.

3. Positive visualization

Once we make ourselves aware of how important becomes the impact of our thoughts in our bodies, in our lives, and people around us.

We can start taking action, as well as handling the ropes of our lives towards a new reality. See how you are thinking and how you choose to feel (regardless of what’s happening around you), by choosing a more positive approach to create a more positive experience.

Use the magical tool of Positive Visualization!

By remembering pleasant memories or imagining creatively a life full of positivity, good times, abundance. Because by doing that, you live in a present that favors healthy chemistry by stimulating positive thinking circuits, as well as boosting your immune system, and promoting the ability of these circuits for the future.

4. Laughter

What a great word LAUGHTER, although how little we put into practice!

Yes…different studies show that whenever we laugh, certain structures of our limbic (emotional) system are activated, and certain parameters related to stress decrease, and we secrete endorphins that boost our cellular and humoral immune systems.

Then, if smiling and laughing are definitely a consequence of mental well-being, when we smile and laugh (a body action), we are giving information to our brain reacting chemically and providing us well-being.

Don´t procrastinate what you can do now!

The Universe is always in constant motion just like ourselves. The only thing that doesn´t change is ¨Change¨!

Thus, why not change old thoughts into positive ones now as they will give consistency to your life, and also to all the people around you. Make it the basis of your life´s priorities, and please don´t blame others for your present situation and how you feel. Because that´s just like given others your own life´s empowerment.
