Recipe For A Healthy Lifestyle

Every day we live can be a box full of surprises, although some days seem to be more inspirational than others. Life is always sending us messages, although we’re so scattered with so many things at once, that even if new amazing things happen, sometimes we lose the ability to perceive the deep interconnection between ourselves and the world. Plus the different ways in which nature is alive communicating with us, concerning how we interact with it depending on how we are communicating with ourselves.

Thus, here I show you a new recipe that can maybe inspire you to have not only a healthier lifestyle but also a happier one.

1. A good night's sleep

When we sleep well and it´s really restful, our body regenerates energetically and restores itself. At the same time that our brain, in addition to a study published in ¨Current Biology¨, can process complex stimuli and use that information to help us make some decisions.

Maybe you experienced:
Whenever you had to take an important decision, and you didn´t want to take it at that specific moment, and you said to yourself: ¨I’m going to check it out with the pillow¨, and I’ll see what I decide tomorrow.

Thus, when we sleep not only the brain eliminates harmful toxins, but it also creates connections between neurons, which helps us increase our learning capacity, as well as reinforcing our memory…

Causing that our imagination to rockets, making us more creative!

2. Breakfast of positive thoughts

If we want to start a day with energy, I would recommend you not to skip breakfast, due to its benefits in positive responses in the body. And although some people will indeed benefit from it more than others, it must be said, that there are people who skip it without being counterproductive.

How do we start breakfast from? How is the state of mind?

Our state of mind is crucial when we start the day, as it´s going to influence us, as well as how the day is going to develop.

Whether you have breakfast or you skip it

Try to imagine having a breakfast of thoughts of love, joy, and positivity, where they are all hugging and energizing you, making you feel special and strong as your coffee, getting you ready to own the day!. Plus feeling as if you were really having a healthy breakfast full of fruit, muesli, and wholemeal toast with olive oil.

Remember, if breakfast dawned happy, something new and good will happen today!

3. Main course of experiences

It´s known that constant exposure to media, news, announcements, and interaction with social media makes our unconscious highly influenced by the collective unconscious more than we think, at the time of taking certain decisions and life exposure. Due to being very disconnected from ourselves by hearing more often the noise outside than our inside.

Life is full of unforeseen events

And although on the one hand, it´s important to flow with social and cultural changes that come along, as well as all kinds of experiences. We tend to get lost in blurred thoughts of the past and the future, forgetting the wonders that accompany us in present experiences, without allowing ourselves to enjoy rewarding experiences and opportunities that life brings us to learn.

Live SLOWER!

Permit yourself to focus on other things you didn’t stop to see before, by using your imagination to create a closer distance between your reality and a new nourishing experience where action comes into play!

4. Dessert of self-questioning

Maybe, after having a very intensive day, we hardly consider it important to question ourselves what kind of circumstances we attracted or experiences we had.

Sometimes it’s worth to stop and observe what happened

I am not saying whatever happened to you, shouldn´t have happened, I just want to invite you to reflect on the events of your day.

For example: If something inopportune or uncomfortable happened to you with someone or within a circumstance. How did you figure it out? Were you happy with the outcome? I don’t know whether you solved it the way you wanted, but if it wasn´t the case, How would you have liked it to be solved?

I don’t know what your current life situation is, although what happens in reality sometimes is that we act in FEAR!. And if you live a life acting this way, sometimes you don’t even realize that you unconsciously act and decide things through an introjected unconscious fear.

  • The first way of finding it out is making conscious turning points when we act in a certain way within some circumstances:
    >For example, you wish you’d stayed home on Sunday, and instead ended up going to your parents’ house to eat. Just like you wish you’d told your boss or your partner what you really thought and you didn’t either.
  • The second way is to make your fears aware and face them. Often, not everything seems to be as difficult as it looks

Because “When you face your fears, you realize that they were less difficult than you thought they were, and everything was in your head”.

5. A decision with new seeds

We are used to thinking that the most difficult part in our lives is whenever we have to make a decision, although the most difficult part is to realize that we can always choose. In the end, what’s at stake is really the decision we make.

What about putting new inspirational seeds?

They are going to be new seeds that will be sown in our minds and in our lives to make the day much better when we have to make a decision. I am talking about seeds of self-confidence, merit, faith, and courage, whenever you take the responsibility and action of choosing the right decision for you, even if it comes out better or worse.

Plus, learning from the experiences, as well as the opportunities that open up when you open up to different possibilities, creating a more versatile world.

At the end of the day, the biggest failure it´s no trying, knowing that you change the world by being yourself!

Planting new seeds today will bear their fruit tomorrow!

Have an awesome day!
